Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy of Fitness Pro Labs

Our commitment at Fitness Pro Labs is to dispatch your order promptly. We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days, subject to order size and operational days, which are Monday through Friday.

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

​

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 pm from Monday to Friday are typically shipped within 24 hours, depending on order size.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Backorder Policy: In the event a product is on backorder, we will promptly contact you. Our backorders usually take 2-5 business days to become available. Should you choose to wait, we will dispatch the product as soon as it is in stock. Alternatively, you can opt for a full refund of the backordered product.

Domestic Shipping Options (1-2 Business Days Processing Time):

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $80 (2-7 business days). This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • USPS First Class Mail: Starts at $5.99 (3-7 business days).

  • USPS Priority Mail: Starts at $8.99 (1-3 business days).

  • FedEx Express 2-Day: Starts at $12.50 (2 business days). Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping (1-2 Business Days Processing Time):

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: On orders over $100, shipped via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide.

  • International Tracking: We provide detailed tracking for several countries including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, and more. Some countries may not have detailed tracking available.

International Customs Fees + Taxes:

  • Orders may incur customs fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your country's Customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.

Returns on International Orders:

  • We do not accept returns on international orders if you cannot retrieve the package from customs. For a refund, the package must be returned to us in good condition, minus shipping and any return costs.

Lost / Stolen Packages:

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by our Carrier Partners (UPS/USPS/FedEx).

Additional Information:

  • Upon order readiness for carrier pickup, you'll receive an email notification with expected arrival time and tracking code.

  • Visit carrier websites for tracking.

  • For order status, check "My Account" on our store website.

  • Contact Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery for any missing products as reported by USPS or FedEx.

  • We cannot redirect packages once shipped.

  • For returned packages due to incorrect address or closed business, reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.

  • Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Address corrections should be made promptly by contacting us at 305-597-6410.

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS POLICY:

  • Contact USPS for package location. Provide us the case number for reshipment.

  • Confirm a valid address for reshipment. A reshipping fee of $4.99+ will apply.

  • For refunds (minus Shipping & restock fees), contact us if reshipment is not desired.

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY:

  • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, contact us immediately for possible solutions.

  • For incorrect deliveries due to our error, we will open a case with the carrier and process a replacement.

​

Remember, our goal is to expedite your order efficiently. If an item is already shipped, it must be returned to us for any resend process.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fitness Pro Lab , our commitment is to your complete satisfaction with every purchase from our website, www.fitnessprolab.com.

If you find yourself not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the order date. We will issue a full refund of the item’s purchase price, excluding any shipping, handling, gift wrapping, or other additional charges.

To ensure a successful return and full credit, the item must be returned unused, in excellent condition, preferably in its original packaging, and accompanied by all related paperwork and accessories.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Initiate Your Return:

    • Contact us at info@fitnessprolab.com to request a return. Please include “Return Request + Order Number” in the subject line.

    • Provide a detailed explanation for your return and attach any relevant information that might assist us in processing your request.

  2. Await Return Confirmation:

    • We will review your request and respond with approval or rejection of the return. The criteria for this decision will be based on the specifics of your case.

  3. Return Process (if approved):

    • Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note, return shipping labels are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part.

    • Package the item securely, including the packing slip inside, and send it back to us at:

    • For your security, we recommend using UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment.

  4. Tracking Your Return:

    • Retain the Return Tracking Number for the package you are returning. This ensures the package reaches our warehouse. Please provide the tracking information in your correspondence with us.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, expect a refund via your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • For items returned unopened or in a resalable condition, we offer exchanges equivalent to the amount paid, as verified on the sales receipt or packing slip. To request an exchange, please mention it in your return request email.
